This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PCMojo subscriptions made through our website or our designated merchant of record (currently LemonSqueezy). This policy supplements the PCMojo Terms of Service.
PCMojo offers a 14-day free trial of all paid features. The trial begins when you first install and activate the application on your device. No payment information is required to start a trial. We strongly encourage you to use the full trial period to evaluate whether PCMojo meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.
If you purchase a PCMojo annual subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. No questions asked — simply contact us and we will process your refund.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Refunds are processed through our merchant of record and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow five to ten (5–10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

When a refund is issued:
Your subscription renews automatically each year. We will send a renewal reminder via email at least seven (7) days before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date through your account dashboard. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges except in cases of billing error as described in Section 3.1.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues promptly, and reaching out to us first helps us serve you better. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback through the appropriate payment dispute process.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region provide refund rights that exceed those described in this policy, those statutory rights prevail.
For customers in the European Union: you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided that you have not begun using the Service. By activating your license key, you acknowledge that you have begun using the Service and consent to the loss of your withdrawal right with respect to that purchase.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
